Stronger, Wiser & Informed Conference:

On February 6, 2008 JayVon Muhammad presented on behalf of Urban Midwifery for the Stronger, Wiser & Informed Conference.  This conference was held in Elk Grove and there were lots & lots of teen-aged girls there to learn from the wisdom of many educators.  It was great.  Our subject was:  Sex Requires Responsibility.

 

On Friday, 12.18.09 Urban Midwifery began distributing food, clothing, diapers and formula to clients...

Donations - Happening Now
Urban Midwifery is seeking donations of maternity clothing, newborn clothing, items for newborns (strollers, car seats, diapers, cribs, etc...), and items for pregnant women. We are able to pick-up items in San Francisco and the East Bay. To donate, please contact us by email: noimidwife@hotmail.com.

Referrals
If you would like to refer a pregnant woman in need of food or items from our Urban Mama Store (donated items), please contact us. Please have the persons name, phone number, and address available.
